Capacity: Maximum 200 (sit down dinner)
Rate:  Full day rate: $475.00
          Hourly rate: Monday thru Thursday $50.00/hour (Minimum 3 hours)
          Hourly rate: Friday thru Sunday $80.00/hour (Minimum 3 hours)
          Damage Deposit equal to the amount of the rent is required.
Inclusions: Sound system, kitchen with fridge, sink, stove, microwave oven, ice machine, coffee and tea urns, tables and chairs.  (40 Tables - 3' x 6')
This room is usually rented for weddings and receptions, family functions, conferences, large staff parties, etc...

*Our rooms are available on a limited basis depending on our own activities.  Renters must sign a contract and are responsible for their own set-up, take-down and cleaning.  If renters are serving alcohol, a liquor license is required.
