West Community Room Rental

Capacity: Maximum 60
Rate:  Full day rate: $180.00
          Hourly rate: Monday thru Thursday $25.00/hour (Minimum 3 hours)
          Hourly rate: Friday thru Sunday $30.00/hour (Minimum 3 hours)
          Damage deposit equal to the amount of the rent is required.
Inclusions: Sound system, fridge, stove, microwave oven, coffee and tea urns, tables and chairs.  (12 Tables - 3' x 6')

Usually rented for family gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, staff meetings, seminars, etc...

*Our rooms are available on a limited basis depending on our own activities.  Renters must sign a contract and are responsible for their own set-up, take-down and cleaning.  If renters are serving alcohol, a liquor license is required.
