Congratulations 2011 Nord-Bridge Sea 'N' Oars!

The 2011 Nord-Bridge Sea 'N' Oars posted their fastest times ever since we first entered a team in 2004. The team paddled their way to three of our best times ever at the 2011 ATB Financial Lethbridge Rotary Dragon Boat Festival on the June 24th weekend. The team started the weekend off strong by winning their first race and posting a time of 2:39.60. The other times were 2:44.65, 2:40.62 and 2:39.31 (this is the best time our team has ever posted). The team eclipsed their previous best time set last year by 15 seconds!

A great big thanks to our Manager Eileen Sawatzky and Coach Dawn Vickers. Eileen kept the team together and involved throughout the year with fun socials and great team bonding events. Dawn, trained and coached the team on and off the water this year getting them into peak physical condition for the festival.
